Nikolay Lgovskiy is a professional percussionist, improviser, composer and sound healer with over 45 years of musical experience. He holds a higher music-pedagogical education and is a certified expert in holistic sound practices. Nikolai is the founder of the Silence Studio and the Gong Meditation Centre, where he shares deep sound journeys, combining gongs, flat bells and other instruments to support relaxation, presence and inner balance.

His approach is rooted in both artistic mastery and genuine interest in human wellbeing.
