Join us for an intimate afternoon devoted to the pleasures of movement, flowers, sensory exploration, and feminine connection.

Floral Sensory Circle brings women together to explore their bodies and senses through pelvic yoga, guided movement, meditation, botanical self-care, and creative floral rituals.

We'll begin by gathering in a circle, getting to know one another, and settling into the space. Through gentle pelvic yoga, breathwork, and sensual movement, we'll explore mobility, sensation, and the relationship between the body and pleasure.

Throughout the afternoon, we'll work with flowers, fragrance, touch, and texture. Together, we'll create a beautiful collective floral mandala, enjoy sensory self-care rituals, and experience a guided meditation with Paige exploring our connection to the essence of flowers.

We'll close with a flower-petal ceremony celebrating the beauty of our bodies and the connection we create together.
