My name is Phan Y Ly. As a devoted teacher of pure awareness and a nurturing mother of three sons, I am based in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
My mission is to guide others in transcending the confines of mind constructs through both in-person workshops and online training sessions. My teachings focus on cultivating deep insights that liberate individuals from the constraints of conditioning, leading towards a life of freedom.
