Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman Yee are both world-renowned yoga instructors in their own right, but for years their teachings have been centered at their studio, Yoga Shanti in Sag Harbor, and at Yoga Shanti New York City. Since 2001 both Colleen and Rodney have partnered with Donna Karan on Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, which encompasses the five main modalities to bring us into the present.
